You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. topwd strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. topwd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security.
You must notify topwd's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation. Until such notification is received, topwd bears no responsibility for any activity conducted on your account.
The name on your topwd account must match the name on your payment methods and identity documents. Mismatches between account details and KYC documents or payment instruments may result in withdrawal holds pending clarification.
topwd is required to conduct identity and address verification procedures as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations. All players will be required to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold or when topwd otherwise deems verification necessary.

The minimum single deposit isRM30. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000. Daily and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player via account settings as part of topwd's responsible gambling tools.
topwd will not accept deposits from payment instruments not registered in the account holder's name. Important: topwd reserves the right to withold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or during any active fraud or compliance investigation. Funds associated with bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or fraudulent activity are subject to forfeiture.
topwd offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
topwd actively monitors for signs of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, low-risk wagering strategies designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, collusion between players to exploit promotions, and use of automated betting systems. topwd reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winings, and suspend or close accounts where abuse is detected.
Certain promotions apply a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, the default maximum withdrawal arising from a single bonus is RM500 or ten (10) times the bonus value, whichever is lower.
The following rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and other wagering activity on the topwd Platform:
A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform with a unique bet reference number. topwd reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time prior to final settlement, including circumstances involving obvious pricing errors, feed failures, or system malfunction.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled, unless voided pursuant to these Terms. In-play odds update in real time; the Platform makes no guarantee of uninterupted odds feed availability during live events.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: postponed or abandoned events, obvious errors in odds due to data feed failure, force majeure events, match-fixing investigations, or where topwd determines that the integrity of a wager has been compromised. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the player's account.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and event. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement. topwd reserves the right to impose player-level stake restrictions at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the topwd Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds in addition to any civil or criminal remedies available topwd:
All content on the topwd Platform, including but not limited to the topwd brand name and logo, software, graphics, text, design elements, odds feeds, game content, and user interface elements, is the property of topwd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of topwd.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, topwd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
topwd's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your topwd account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
topwd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. topwd does not guarantee that any particular game will be available at all times or that results will meet any specific expectation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by topwd's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, verified account funds will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable period. Where an account is closed due to breach, topwd reserves the right to withold and forfeit all funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via topwd's formal complaints process.
To raise a formal complaint, players should submit a written complaint to topwd's support team, clearly setting out the nature of the complaint, the relevant dates and account details, and the outcome sought. topwd will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
